Christmas Outreach 07

I'm glad everything is over! Thank God for His mercies man..everything went well. i've never worked within a 8 day time frame to see something like that come to pass. God was good. His name was glorified, People responded.

JB

Woo, went to JB yesterday (wed) with the three of them..was fun. i guess the fun part was gg to areas that i've never been to before. Not bad at all, i had 3 personal bodyguards haha. Felt so safe. i think our day worked out quite well, we didn't need to split up. Our lunch was some hotstone thingy..super yummy.

The Kelong was very nice, though the food was only average. Thank God for some good deals we got out of the taxi drivers. It was a gd one-day getaway. Thank God for the nice time.

Back to school

Today had a full-day staff meeting in school. NO JOKE. My timetable looks yuckily yucky yucky yucks yucks yucks. Last time i had average 4 periods a day. Now i've 7. Exploitation. Argh. Ok, my complain ends here. I'm looking forward to see what God has installed for me in 08.

My final week of holidays

Next wk will be packed packed packed. i hope it'll be fun. It's my final wk of holidays!

Ooh, it's already half a month since i last updated. Haiz, i've not stopped being busy and finally today, i feel like a load has been taken off my chest!

I went to Genting with C-na just last last monday. It was a super last minute impromptu trip that i've not paid off yet. oh man...i've lots to talk abt the trip, about how boring a place Genting can get. There's only ONE shopping centre there and nothing much to look at. No sight-seeing, no nothing. The only thing worth visiting was the outdoor theme park. Obviously i wasn't too prepared for the cold weather. Went there thinking that the weather was gg to be 18 degrees (after checking the weather forecast lor!), and so i was a hero, i brought only 2 shawls..wonder what i was intending to cover with 2 shawls. True enough, i went there and froze right down to my bones. Thankfully, c-na brought couple of jackets, and she kindly lent me one to help me tide the few days.

It was so cold and the wind was super strong. i think if i was slightly lighter, i would have been blown down the mountains. Anyway, there were couple of amusing things that kept us entertained for this holiday. Of which, one was this:

First of all, look at the queue..we joined the queue thinking that it might be somewhat fun, and it was our first "station" after entering the park. And trust me to even tell c-na i was scared before entering the dark tunnel..

So much for being scared....Boring....and this small boy came out of the tunnel looking so disturbed, almost on the verge of tears. We were thinking to ourselves.."Poor boy, he must have been frightened.." We were lost for words when we came out, BORED TO TEARS!

I love carousals...look at my happy face when i finally planted my butt on the horse?! We took 3 rides, didn't even bother coming down to re-queue.

See the cold weather that we were braving...this was the visibility of the theme park 50% of the time. Blow Wind Blow!
