Appraisal with RO is over. Have decided to give STB a miss. I've just so many things to work on and it just isn't time to leave.
That being said, i'm looking forward to another 5 months of very very hard work. There are some things which are in your control, but more things which aren't. I'll just aim to be valuable and take pride in what i deliver.
