1. Musicians and artistes are very different. How would u handle each of them?
Me: "Very different meh?? Aren't they all equally hard to handle????????"
2. If your artistes are unmotivated, how would u motivate them?
Me: (i gave quite an ok answer like giving them more responsibilities, letting them be lead artistes etc) but wah lao, they looked at me as if they expected more..
3. Do you know any of the famous artistes outside? Any connections with them?
Me: Only one (one of my colleagues who is the music director of Dim Sum Dollies), i was thinking to myself..is NAT HO counted?
More tough questions than these...it was truly a humbling experience..but well, God knows better that this is probably not it. Too Stressful. Eventually i'd probably suffer from nerve system breakdown and lung deficiency working for them.
