This is gonna be a thanksgiving post. As always, God will remind me to give thanks for his abundant blessings. This weekend has been full of his blessings.
1) Thank God for providing the car for me to transport my "barang" up to retreat.
2) Thank God for providing a chalet unit for us to have our retreat. It was more or less quite secluded because other units were on renovations and upgrading.
3) Thank God for the worship and word sessions, for the morning prayer sessions.
4) Thank God for all the pple who helped fill in the gap in doing diff things so much so that i didn't have to do anything at all.
5) Thank God for Dallas who sent me for dance, and Esther who picked me from dance. From pasir ris to buona vista and back up is no joke.
6) Thanks for all the encouragement and blessings from everyone. *Melts*
7) Thank God for being faithful, for keeping the retreat com in unity.
i never played the guitar so much in my life. Preparing for this retreat has been really fruitful. And that exposure to leading worship with guitar...i think i did it abt 8 times altogether. i really enjoyed it haha. Sorry for hurting yr ears guys, u all have been so generous with yr ears. i promise i'll learn two new chords soon and improve my playing.
All in all, i really learnt alot abt simplicity from this retreat. Learning to just seeking God first, with that confidence that all things shall be added unto us. To God be all glory.
