Haiz, i need to lose weight. About 5 kg must go before i hit august. That means i've 1.5 months to work on it! Probably go swim 2-3 times a wk! Especially now that i've some joints problem, swimming should do the trick!
Today's dance pract was tiring. Learnt thousand and one dances. I got my white costume! And so u finally know why i said i need to lose weight, because i'm too fat for my costume! Not nice..
Last yr, i lost 5kg without even trying at all. This year, no matter how much i dance, looks like it doesn't work. So yes, i need to start exercise and cutting down on feasting.

Next week's there's Night of Worship by Shachah ministries. Hope to bring a clan there along with me. We're gonna fight a war together with the Lord. Still gathering His army. Yippee! =)
